#1 boyfriend

Well I just have to say this first and foremost: My boyfriend is the bestest, sweetest guy ever! hehe!!! He completely surprised me and took me to a bed and breakfast in Wolfville last night. Well Friday we stayed in New Ross for the night and had a few too many drinks and shooters with Rick, Janet, Jaime, Kyle, Lisa, Avan and the kids (although no drinks for the kids...haha). It was a lot of fun! Then Saturday John said he had planned to take me for a drive through the valley and for dinner there. I thought it was an odd choice but was looking forward to the drive (I love the valley). So we left New Ross around 2:30 and drove on down to Wolfville. John was being so mysterious and secretive...lol...now I know why! We got there and to my surprise we were at a Bed and Breakfast (one I had seen pictures of a while ago and said it looked really sweet). We stayed in this gorgeous room with a queen canopy bed, a fireplace, and a jacquzzi tub. John had arranged for there to be a dozen red roses, home made chocolates, and a bottle of wine. There were also other little Valentine treats laid out amongst the room. He had made reservations at this beautiful, fancy little restaurant called Acton's and the meal was to die for. It was the cutest thing he has ever done. I was sooooo surprised (since I thought we were doing a low key Valentine's this year for obvious reasons) and was thrilled beyond belief! It was such a romantic night!!! John continues to surprise me no matter how long we've been together and no matter how well I think I know him..lol! He really goes above and beyond for the special days. I love that he takes so much time and effort to surprise me and make things special.
