WARNING!!!
Ok..So here is my advice to anyone out there who is currently dieting, trying to get/remain healthy or just feels guilty for eating a lot of crap (I fall into all of these categories)...Here is the story: John and I went to pick up a few groceries on the weekend and what do we stumble upon at the Superstore but a bunker full of Breyer's ice cream which are all on sale. The flavors alone were enough to make ya drool. So after standing there for like 20 minutes trying to decide on a flavor I went with Mars Bar...so now it is completely gone and it isn't even a week later...ugghh! I feel gross! Oh well, whats done is done! But if you are like me at all...I have some simple advice: AVOID THE SUPERSTORE UNTIL AFTER THIS SALE...because even if you think you can resist temptation..the huge display of ice cream is enough to make anyone cave!! trust me!!

Oh God!! U guys...if there is any icecream around I am NOT coming home. LOl I will seriously eat every last bit of it. I have no control!
UMMM..yeah...now I am home and I have another container to work on...ding ding ding: ROUND 2! lol
P.S. Kassandra I lived with you so I totally remember your lack of control towards sweets...that's one of the reasons we get along so well ;)
I'll get a tub of MARS BAR ICE cream for when you're here...hehe EVIL
