One week left....
EEEEEkkkkk....only one week from today left at ERAC. Crazy...I'm about to embark on a new journey...I am very excited but also nervous! Leaving ERAC was a VERY tough decision for me to some degree as I really enjoyed my position there and actually had fun at work...but when a better offer is placed on your lap you have to do what is best long term.
So I'll begin at the Credit Union on July 16th. I actually landed this job from working at enterprise...I had rented the general manager of the C.U a car the ned of March and he was so wowed with my people skills (haha..yes I know tooting my own horn) that he continued to call and track me down to make me offers. After at first I had politely not shown that much interest (in the beginning I was so wowed and excited for my career at ERAC that i thought I'd be set for life...it was until he offered me more moola and tonnes of great benefits like lots of vacay time and also sick time, pension, etc...that i realized this was probably a lot better long term working less hours if I ever wanted a family and a life). So now I have accepted an offer and will start on the 16th...eeek...pray for me as I know NOTHING about banking/buisness BUT I am an exceptionally quick learner and the GM is completely convinced that I have what it takes and he can teach me it all...no B. Comm necessary....(haha...I told him I was concerned about this and he just said "a degree is a degree...you can learn"). So now I am getting excited! Anyways...this is my news....sorry for not posting much lately...working about 60 hours a week will slow u down...but soon enough I'll be able to post more frequently! YAY!
Love u all..XOXO
Going to bed now as I work tomorrow AND Sunday...BUT this is my last weekend to work EVER! YAY YAY YAY!!!!
