Oh how I love the long weekend! All week I just kept thinking..."Ooooohhh...a long weekend is approaching, I can't wait, I LOVE LOVE LOVE long weekends". It's kinda funny though cuz I was thinking about the reasons why I love long weekends....I mean I totally enjoy my job and on Sunday evenings I don't dread going to work the next day....it's pretty laid back and I am working WAY less hours than I was at Enterprise so the work weeks feel super short! But the thing is, I love the anticipation of the long weekend, the leading up to it (kinda like Christmas where the fun part is the anxious awaiting) and then on Friday at 5pm when it's like "Sa-WEET", then of course the long weekend itself is pretty nice and the week that follows being a short work week is also a great addition to the "Long weekend" excitement!
What about you? How do u feel about long weekends?
I think we should have one every month...I mean come on, us Nova Scotian's work pretty hard! If we lived in France we'd be off more days than we worked!
