With my new fitness regime (well new since the beginning of March) I thought I'd take this quiz on blog things. Boot camp is going awesome and I am really enjoying all the classes. I am starting to see however that the classes I had originally started with (like Cardio Strip and Athletic Yoga) are just not challenging enough for me anymore. Boot camp has seriously whipped me into better shape. I love the body bar classes and K-Box and find with time they are becoming less intense and more FUN (don't get me wrong...there is definitely still a major burn happening but just not as gruelling and awful...haha). It's actually FUN! The instructor even referred to me as the happy hyper one which I found shocking as I usually picture myself groaning through it...apparently I enjoy it! haha Next Monday at Boot Camp is "MeAsUrEmEnT DaY" which is making me slightly nervous. I'd like to think that with all this work and healthy eating (well somewhat healthy eating...haha) there has been some change since March...we shall see!
Stef and I also found out today that one of our favorite instructors is leaving to move to Ontario in June =( Major bummer! I hope someone REALLY great replaces him though!
