Here we have another house/property update. It's all coming together so quickly I feel as if we wake up and there is a new update! It is great!! Thankfully Rick has been taking some pictures for us when he visits the lot or else we'd miss something (Thanks Rick!!). I love having these pictures...such a great memory album of our first home! It's all so exciting for us! The foundation is officially in! YAY! It's all in place and today NS Power was out to install temporary power for the contractors and construction guys to be able to continue doing their "thing". The site manager called us this afternoon to arrange a meeting so we could go over everything to make sure it is where and how we want it and to give us an idea of how things are going and will continue to go. We are pretty excited! I think we are most excited to see the development as it happens and we are anxiously awaiting and estimate completion date! The sooner we move in the better! I really hope move in date does not run into wedding date...haha...that would be stress overload. When people hear we are getting married and building a house in the same year they look at us like we are aliens from outer space...lol! It is a lot to take on in a year but its fun and we are working with awesome people.
On another note work is going well for both of us. It is great getting up and going to a place you enjoy being at with people you actually enjoy hanging out with! Now that the nice weather is finally upon us, John is REALLY enjoying his job and hey, I can't blame him...he gets to drive around on his own and do the majority of his work outside...can't beat that in great weather!
I've also been increasing my gym time and the bridal bootcamp is going awesome! Although it's tough, it's totally well worth it and a lot of fun too! Stef and I are really enjoying it! Although I must admit...she signed up for 2 classes and I only one...and each Wednesday as she is busting her butt at bootcamp, a small part of me is sooo happy its not me! hahaha
