Fantabulous lazy weekend!

Isn't it great to be able to dedicate one full weekend to absolutely NO plans?? This weekend John and I decided to take it as it comes. It was great...we relaxed, had some drinks, watched lots of movies, went out for Mexican and today took a long 5 hour drive. We have been taking the notion of going for sunday drives (old people, I know, we are quickly headed that way...if I die my hair grey, please admit me to the psych ward;) but today's drive was longer than usual. It was such a relaxing weekend. The past few weekends I have had work things, or John has been scheduled to work or we were running around trying to decide on wedding venues that we truly appreciated the down time we had this weekend! Although I am sure by next weekend I'll be rip roaring ready to do something...maybe hit the town?! maybe help Jaime and Kyle move???? Then have a party at their new place?!?! Hope so...*hint hint* hehhehe
Now we are BBQ'ing some burgers and going to settle in to watch some TV tonight.
This week is bound to fly by at work. Tomorrow night is my first night of cardio Strip boot camp at the gym (an extra class Stef & I paid for and will attend for 6 weeks). Also before the class there is a bridal showcase at the Quality Inns so I asked Stef & Jaime to come with me!
OH Haloween night...is anyone going out? I am not a fan of Haloween actually...I never know what to wear or where to go and it always seems like so much work for one night that usually falls on a work night anyways. I like giving out treats to the kids but thats about it. I am sure once I have my own kids it'll be more exciting but until then I think I'll stick to handing out treats (this year at my Dad's again) and drinking wine while watching scary movies!!! I'd like to have a costume on while handing out treats but I am not going to go and buy one and truth is I am just not creative enough to make one! BUT if anyone reading this is getting dressed up, please leave a comment as I love hearing other people's great costume ideas.
