Happy Pancake Day! =)

Today is Shrove Tuesday (AKA Pancake Day). So we at TPCU are making a pancake lunch for everyone!! Tonight I will also make cranberry pancakes for John and I for supper. I am sure by tonight, I will be all pancaked out....haha!
