SOLD!

Our house is officially SOLD! The sold sign out front will be up very soon (our agent is on vacay til tomorrow) but the listing on MLS has been taken off and the assist-to-sell webpage has been updated as well. The offer came in after our second open house which was on August 30th. The past 2 weeks we've just been going through the usual conditions and everything is all set now! It is bittersweet!! It's our first home which is only a little over a year old and we picked everything out about it! We chose this house and watched as it was being built!! But...it's just a house and our next house will be nice and we'll callt hat place home as well. A house is just a house but a home is whats inside (cheesey eh!? lol). But so true! Anyway, we're excited to end the long distance marriage and the constant commute and start looking for a house in Saint John. Hopefully we'll be in a house by Christmas!
