WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!

Well, John and I have bought another house. We absolutely love it!!! It is in Quispamsis and it is everything we were looking for. We looked at about 15 houses before we found this one and it was just by accident we found it. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow with the most perfect yard (both front and back) and a shed for storage. It is fully finished so no work for us to do, just move in and live. It was everything we were looking for so we are thrilled it has worked out for us!

We are very excited!! The only crappy thing is the closing date which is December 11th. While I am not thrilled it is still that far away, I am willing to stay patient since it is such a wonderful house!!!

For those of you who don't know, Quispamsis and Rothesay are the suburbs of Saint John. It is part of the Kennebecasis Valley. We knew once we visited Saint John that we wanted to live in the Valley so we had our search narrowed to that area. So excited to have found the perfect house for us, stay tuned...
